FAQ's

How can I book you for my wedding day?
~ Firstly send me a message with your enquiry, and wedding date. You can send a message here.
~ I will confirm availability for your wedding date, and send you all the booking information you will need.
~ A deposit and signed makeup contract is required to secure your wedding date in my diary.
~Around 4-12 weeks before your wedding day I will arrange to see you for your consultation and makeup trial.
~ 2-4 weeks before your wedding day I will organise and send a schedule across to you. This ensures that yourself and your bridal party know what time they will be needed in makeup, and what time I will be due to arrive- a timing sheet for the morning is important to ensure that your wedding day is stress- free and runs smoothly, so you can feel confident and relaxed.

How soon can I book you for my wedding day?
As soon as you like! Demand is high, so If you are getting married in peak season I would recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

How long is the trial?
The trial is approximately 2 hours.

Do you offer hairstyling?
No, I only offer makeup services but I can recommend many talented hairstylists for you.

Do I pay for the artists travel?
Depending on distance travel charges may apply. Please see 'services and pricing' for travel expenses to be explained.

How long will makeup take on my wedding day?
On the wedding day the brides makeup will take approximately 1-1.5 hours and bridesmaids/mums will take approximately 1 hour each.

What products do you use?
I have a mixture of high quality makeup products in my kit, all of which will give long-lasting results. Mac, Bobbi Brown, and Charlotte Tilbury are some if my favourites.

Do you include lashes?
Yes if required. Lashes are a complimentary extra offered by me.

When should I book my makeup trial?
A bridal trial is recommended 4-12 weeks before your wedding date. Bridal trial Information can be found here.

Should I bring someone with me to my trial?
This is entirely up to you. If you need help and reassurance from someone that you trust to be honest then please bring someone with you, however i would suggest just bringing one person as too many opinions can become difficult and overall it is you that needs to be 110% happy with your chosen makeup look.

Can I have an initial trial before booking to see if you are the right artist for me?
Yes, I offer an additional initial pre trial which you can have before securing your wedding date. I do however highly recommend you to have another full trial around 4-12 weeks before the wedding date.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you do need to cancel your booking please let me know as soon as possible as someone else may be waiting for the date. The booking deposit is non refundable in event of  cancellation.

When do I need to pay?
On securing your wedding date a non-refundable deposit is taken. The final balance needs to be paid in full at least two weeks before your wedding day.
